SECURITY POLICY
Your payment information and personal information will always remain safe and secure. All purchases made on our site and secured by SSL encryption. The POS system encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

REFUND POLICY
Boost Trampoline Park is currently unable to issue refunds on jump passes.

GIFT CARD POLICY
Gift cards can only be redeemed at the location they were purchased at. Jump passes and gift cards are not tracked and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTNACES AND INCLEMENT WEATHER
The safety of our customers and staff is very important to us. In the event of inclement weather or unsafe road conditions Boost Trampoline Park may close early. In the event of an early closing due to inclement weather, announcements will be made on Facebook whenever possible. If we are forced to close due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen reason, refunds will be granted for events that are effected by the closure. If Boost Trampoline Park is open, and guests choose not to come to the park(for whatever the reason), refunds will not be granted.
